Fresh fish and seafood are tradition of Zé Morgadinho. A large grill outside and a refrigerated showcase, shows the customer the entire journey the fish takes before getting to his table.

Very simple and informal, this outdoor restaurant situated opposite the old fish market of Alvor, keeps the same image of 1890, the year it was founded, long before the phenomenon of tourism.

The elders of Alvor (old fishermen) come together in this area, thus conserving the picturesque look. Zé Morgadinho, on pleasant evenings have live and improvised music by un accordionist that improves it's performance over the wine glasses.
